Retail Orders over $80 qualify for free shipping, orders under $80 will incur a $6.99 shipping charge. Wholesale Deliveries for orders over $150 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Australia only. International shipping is not currently available for retail or wholesale orders.
We are working behind the scenes to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and the minute it's shipped out you'll receive further confirmation with your tracking number. Our delivery provider delivers Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Delivery delays may occur during the Holiday periods. Please contact us for more information.
For all retail orders, please see below for approximate delivery times to your location. We use Sendle, Australia Post & StarTrack for all deliveries. Please note that Australia Post delivers every second day and non-metro areas will take slightly longer than the below times.

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange on full-priced items if goods are damaged or faulty in any of the following ways: Faulty Product, Faulty Packaging, Leaking Product, Broken Cap or Seal. However, these issues rarely occur as we have extremely high-quality control standards. Please email us to organise a return, our wonderful customer service team will respond as soon as possible.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted unless they were received in this condition originally (i.e. damaged in transit).
All claims must be submitted within 21 days of purchase.
As we are so confident that you'll love our products, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our retail orders. If for any reason you are not happy after trying out the products, you can return your products within 30 days of receiving them and we'll refund you the full amount (excluding shipping costs).
